  • Thank you so much for this video. Your instructions and clarity made it easy to follow....My Mom is 55 years old and going back to school and wanted to use my TI-84 calculator to find answers in radical form and your video was the best I came across.

Thank you so much for showing this! This is my first time trying to program something into my TI-84 Plus CE and I really appreciate how you went through this process slowly. A lot of the other videos I tried to watch didn't show the steps this thoroughly. This program makes things so much easier for me! Thanks again!

Thanks for checking the code; I tested your fix: results: 1) when I ask for the square root of 1, I get 1 as expected 2) when I ask for the square root of 0 I get two outputs, first I see: square root sign (0  , the program pauses so I hit enter, then I see a second answer: 0 as expected; so can you modify the code so that only one output occurs with 0 as the only answer? thanks...
  • I entered the code into my Ti-83 Plus and i am 99% sure I did it all correct but I am having a couple problems. After the program is set and I go to the program button and choose to execute the program, I hit enter twice as you do, but a message pops up saying error:archived and there are options to quit or goto. The program is there because in the memory its says the program takes up 172. Can you please try to help me with this I am unsure why this is happening. Thanks.

I entered your code to my ti84 calculator; I have a couple of issues; can you please check for me? when I enter 0 as the number to get the square root, rather than the proper answer of 0 being displayed I see the square root sign followed by 0; also when I enter 1 as the number to get the square root, a blank is displayed rather then the correct answer of 1; thanks for checking this for me...can you then update your code accordingly?
