Probably the worst blunder any owner has ever made for his team. Jones gets to live with that mistake every year when the cowboys disappoint us once again.

I've never been a Cowboys fan, but I disliked Jerry when he fired Coach Landry in such a disrespectful fashion. Yes they needed fresh blood, but he didn't have to spill it to get there.

One thing that gives me joy every year is when the Cowboys around week 4 or 5 start taking about how they got the best team and are going to win the Super Bowl. Then see Jerry’s face after the playoff loss. 😭😭😭😭. He deserves it.

The worst part is that Jones has been hearing fans for decades asking him to step down as GM and let someone else handle the job and STILL refuses. Thats a huge ego. He cares nothing about that team. If he did, he would do what is best for IT instead of himself.
