Jerry is the reason this team has been what we have seen the last 27 years...
  • Switzer won with Jimmy's players. Don't ever kid yourself. Those were Jimmy's players.

"We won BECAUSE OF Jimmy. We won IN SPITE of Barry" - Emmitt Smith
  • I’ve said this for years!! 46 year Cowboys fan here!! He has NO BUSINESS being the GM!!!
  • @TempeSoldier123
Jerry Jones deserves EXACTLY what he’s getting now and what he’s gotten the last 25 years.

There is a saying, "Pride comes before a fall." Cowboys fell when Jerry pushed out Jimmy Johnson. They have never been the same. You think Jerry would realize by now, he can't coach.
  • @MrFf00
They had the most talented team in football history and Jerry fucked it up

Every cowboys fan knows Jerrry Jones screwed the dynasty when he fired Jimmy Johnson...and after he just won a SB for him. Who the hell does that? Probably the worst blunder any owner has ever made for his team. Jones gets to live with that mistake every year when the cowboys disappoint us once again.
  • @thelakeman5207
It's all about Jerry, not the Cowboys. That's the problem.
  • @oldmansilas559
Colin has said it many times. It doesn’t matter how good you are. You cannot overcome bad management. Jerry is a bad owner from the football side.
  • Its sad to hear how pathetic and insecure a grown man, Jerry Jones can be. Jerry's ego has to fill the room or the stadium. Bribing the media to attend hus press conference. Jimmy should have told Jerry to stuff his gesture. The silly bastard threw away a great team and coaches for the attention he craves so dearly.
  • I've never been a Cowboys fan, but I disliked Jerry when he fired Coach Landry in such a disrespectful fashion. Yes they needed fresh blood, but he didn't have to spill it to get there.
  • @dwightlove3704
I will never forget the tirade by Michael Irvin after he heard Jimmy was leaving the Cowboys!!!!!

One thing that gives me joy every year is when the Cowboys around week 4 or 5 start taking about how they got the best team and are going to win the Super Bowl. Then see Jerry’s face after the playoff loss. 😭😭😭😭. He deserves it.

Jerry is the new Al Davis, trying to win a modern game with an outdated philosophy. Dak is not Troy Aikaman, Zeke is not Emmit Smith, Cooper is not Michael Irvin, and his meddling with the coaching has become destructive. You either keep in step with the times or the times pass you by

Seen this ten thousand times on jobs. Instead of owners, supervisors, and managers staying in their lane and teaching and coaching, they punish, bully, fire, and write up people to their own detriment. Hire the best to do the job, then get out of the way. Micromanaging kills organizations.
  • @johnsradios484
Sometimes you only get one chance to get it right, the cowboys had it right and Jerry Jones decided to stir the pot.
  • @OxCart78
Jerry is finally realizing this? Wish he would sell the team and get out.
  • @redbed1604
No one but Jerry Jones would fire the Head Coach after back to back Super Bowls.
  • @TheJCFan
The worst part is that Jones has been hearing fans for decades asking him to step down as GM and let someone else handle the job and STILL refuses. Thats a huge ego. He cares nothing about that team. If he did, he would do what is best for IT instead of himself.
