I'm rug making again! Tufting my way though a text message. I make custom rug art inspired by Christine sending me a little snarky emoji. I use my tufting gun to ensure I remember the conversation forever.

  • The choice to to make your battery low to get the engagement of people judging you for having low battery is chefs kiss 😂

Art school review definitely needs to become art!
  • @rigrace
This is actually such a wholesome Business idea… I bet many would love to have a rug with a special conversion they had with someone they love… Especially if they can’t text with them any more

I'm a long-form Pally because I like seeing Ali struggle to concentrate her endorphins to be released all at once when the project is complete.

I absolutely love when the final delivery of the art project is getting Christine's reaction. It's like it flips the question "this is a bad idea right?" on its head with the answer "yes, and that's the point."

Can we just appreciate how random Ali is??? She never fails to make me laugh.
  • @lyora2113
yes, you should make the art review into art! I still remember when my art teacher said of my art: "oh, I finally get it" after 2 years of taking their class. I hope your art reviewer one day has that moment! #TeamPants <3

I really appreciate creators who show the whole process, including their struggling, since that makes them human. Also I think that you enjoy the end result even more, when you know how hard it was to achieve.

I do upholstery as a side gig so having nice scissors is essential. When you pulled out your "safety" pair of scissors to cut the rug off of your frame just made me want to send you a nice pair. Then you got yourself a nice pair. Glad to be a patron of yours. Go buy some socks!
  • @InwardSeaward
You know your girlfriend loves you because id’ve given you a dramatic “I can’t anymore!!!” speech like 6 projects ago 😂
  • I love how random things from other projects just are there sometimes. Every time I’m like “OH WAIT I REMEMBER THAT!” It’s so fun to see her process of making art and everything ❤️

Did you know there is a thing called a hand tufter its slower than the tufting gun but its wayyy more accurate!!!
  • @Tulpen23
Proud pants paly here 😆 Watching your process is the best part!
  • @xlnyc77
great to see the EXACT moment of inspiration

"I feel like a kindergartner...." sums my life in one, concise statement. Love the rug and artistic tenacity!

If you have a friend, a true friend, would you worry about your "mess" if they came over? Well, in my case, I have my own mess. I promise, I'm not judging yours. We watch your videos bc we like to "hang out." I love this video and all of your others! Mess & all! P.S. I'm a pants AND shorts pally!
  • @Demurr
Wecmost definitely want to watch the whole process. The struggle makes the end result so much more enjoyable.
  • Thank you for showing me that I'm not the only artist that uses rollaround carts to keep some of their stuff semi-almost-organized.

Those folding locks are vulnerable (& can be defeated) to prying forces from the other axis/plane... Someone 100% tried to steal your bike. Those threadless stems clamp the steerer really tight, but someone tuned it anyway... They where trying to steal your bike that bad... Please get a U lock. Pants people, send her money for a u lock and white brake calipers / lever. Bring back Kym non stop for bike advice and or bike maintenance. It won't be outrageous, but a little more bike knowledge can't hurt. : D
