In the winter I have the worse nails, they chip, peel and break. I started slugging my nails every night and I now have the best nails ever.

Combination skin , acne prone and sensitive skin girly here i love slugging it helps my skin barrier so much and calm my skin i dont do it often only when i feel my skin is getting irritated i go with pure petroleum jelly on a clean wet skin with a pea size amount leave it for an hour before bed and then i go to sleep i mostly do it for three days in a row when i see any irritation works great never broke me out , love it

I've been using Egyptian Magic healing ointment for years! bee's wax, honey, olive oil, royal jelly, etc based. is very emollient like vaseline and Aquifer is great too! both of these are multi-functional for facial and healing applications!

I really like the prequel ointment. I find it so much more comfortable than any product you’ve mentioned in this video. It also gives my lips a nice sheen. It feels so good.

Dry skin combined with cold Canadian winter…definitely slug in the winter months and I slug on top of a thick moisturizer AND an overnight sleeping mask! I’ve been using the prequel ointment (picked it up while in the US over the holidays along with other awesome prequel goodies) - very elegant formula! But I do use cerave and aquaphor too…I’ve actually never tried straight up Vaseline! Slugging rocks. Prequel rocks. Slugging WITH prequel is amazing! Thanks Dr Ellis!

I’m new into my self care journey and I’ve been focusing on my skincare as my first priority. I’ve actually been slugging and didn’t know it ! I’ve been putting Vaseline on my face only around my nose and under my eyes because my skin is so dry in these areas. I’ll change up a few steps from watching your video. My skin is extremely dry that I slug every night and when I wake up it looks like I never did anything. I never knew not to do it over retinols. Thanks for the tip.
