Mexico, in my humble opinion is one of the most underrated countries in the world. The media only talks about the bad aspects, when there are tons of great places to visit, great people from there, and great food to eat.
  • Used to go and zero people a day lol. No paved road in the 1960's. I wrote a story about it when a lot of people would go during Easter vacation. Just imagine what it was like! It was even more crystal clear! Pristine! I am blessed to have had the privilege of growing up in La Paz.

That beach took my breath away. So beautiful. Thanks for taking us along.

The best of 2 worlds, ocean and desert, and so pristine and peaceful. Beautiful ! WOW.

We have walked in the same footsteps at Balandra. It is burned into our memories and our souls. When we left Balandra and went to Tecolote, we stopped at a pickup truck at the “y” road and bought mango in a cup. The most incredible mango we have ever had! Such wonderful memories. Thank you both for taking us back there. One of very few vlogs we have seen that do this amazing place any justice. If you are still in the La Paz area (which I guess you won’t be at this point) you MUST go to Tacos Estadio for the best fish tacos in all of BCS (in our opinion!). You two are great. Safe travels and much love from Ottawa 🇨🇦
  • WooooW that is the most beautiful place in the world. I wish to visit some day. Thank You lovely couple for sharing some awesome experiences specially from Mexico. All the best xxx

That beach is so beautiful! Probobly one of the most beautiful beach i've ever seen! Super white and soft sand, blue waters and the mountains in the back are beautiful also. I've never seen that kind of beach here in my country (philippines)! I think, all beaches that you and carol been in mexico have that kind of sand! Super white sand! Unlike the islands you have visited here in the philippines that have more corals than white sand. In your videos here in the philippines, the beaches you went to are not like that in mexico which is super white sand because the sand of the islands or beaches you went here is more yelllowish. That's one of the things I noticed in your vlog in the Philippines and Mexico! Sorry if my english is wrong 😊

Just truly gorgeous❗️I could almost feel what it would be like to walk through those crystal clear waters with the warm desert breeze dancing across my skin. So glad the area is a Protected Natural Heritage Site. And to think, I nearly missed viewing this video b/c from the thumbnail I thought it was a resort. 🙏🏼 Thank you🙏🏼

We tend forget that the beaches and nature all together needed a break from the people as well to rejuvenate itself. I’m sure it’s still as beautiful if not more beautiful then the last time you two visited. It looks amazing, Great stuff!!!
  • Spectacular! This beach is serenity and beauty at its best! Kudos to the authorities that limit the number of people that can visit. They are protecting a treasure. Another travel vlog that is out of this world Chris and Carole :) Thanks and be blessed.

I Lived in La Paz for ten years, I think we went to these beaches every other week but at Playa Tecalote which is just one more beach south. It's a place where you can truly forget everyday hassles of life. We didnt have covid in 2006 but we actually had less people there then. The crime and everyday hustlers for money in the city forced me to leave, but as a tourist here at the beaches you wont notice anything disturbing, its a dream place for sure.
