As it pertains to home buying, the only thing that I would say to consider or weigh is that the home of your dreams purchased now, may be priced two times as much when you want to get it couple years from now, if the real estate market trend continues the way it is going.

Another advise for anyone buying a house never let the realtor see how much you love the house , when they see how much you love it they will go on full price when you show little interest that’s when they start bargaining on price , I told realtor I seen other homes that I like more even though I really loved the house I bought he spoke to owners and we got down 5 thousand and they paid closing cost, another bit advice just talk to home owners for their advise it can help in long run ❤

Maybe find/buy some of that adhesive magnetic material so it can be stuck onto the fridge door; or maybe just tie a bit of red ribbon onto the metal bottle opener part of it and you've got an instant X-Mas tree decoration!!!
