Then she released her first trilingual album, Kisses (2019), and she started to persue her career in latin america under Warner Music Brasil. Thats why she moved from funk and started doing reggaeton, cause people dont listen to funk in LATAM. Em 2021 she signed with Warner Music Global, but they didn't let her release a funk album. They marketed her as a pop latin artist, made her throw away her album "girl from rio" and forced her to change everything and make Versions Of Me. She released it, but she hated it. Then in 2023 she broke her contract with Warner Music Global, paid +10 million dollars from the fine to them and started looking for a new label. She signed with Republic Records (same label as Taylor Swift and The Weeknd) and then FINALLY after YEARS of career she now has a team that believes she can be succesfull globally with brazilian funk. And now she released Funk Generation with full support of her label. So thats why theres a MAJOR change of sound, cause before she tried putting funk sounds in the albums but she was never allowed to do a FULL FUNK ALBUM. Personally, I like versions of me, but its not HER. Its what she had to do to grab tha LATAM audience.
