    I'm actually am about to start this so today is June 28 and ill be back in 4 weeks Ok so im 110 pounds today i will come back every week to update! Week 1: I haven't lost any pounds, but my body feels more relax and not stiff like it use to, i can lift better and when jogging i can run a faster pace, and now i have to do 3 minutes of everything for the second week so I'll update you next week. (I also started drinking no soda) Week 2: Week 2 means 3 minute everything, so every time before I start the exercise I do a few warm ups to loosen up, and when im done with the exercise I do 10 girl push ups and 20 curl ups to finish it off, I run around a little, then remember to shower 🙂, and for the results, I actually lost 3 pounds but gained 2 back from eating junk food so be careful about that don't eat junk food, so I'm gonna also start eating healthy, Comment down if there's any question 🙂 Sorry I didn't update for week 3 but this is how it went! Week 3: Since in the video it doesn't tell how long you do for 3 weeks so I decided to just do 3 minutes anyways, it seems I have gain a small amount of muscle on my arm, but doing this daily has been a little difficult because I have been busy recently and going to Vegas soon, so I will try updating and in so sorry for people depending on me and I go late, I just have a lot of things to do this week, if you have any questions p,ease comment down below 😁 Sorry If I'm late! Week 4: Last week, and I now weigh a good 105 pounds, but I didn't only đi this workout I also went outside to do activities like running, basketball, biking, skating, and soccer. So I'm deciding to do this excessive again on august and I will try to eat more healthy! So if you are deciding to do this, you should be very dedicated instead of saying you will do it tomorrow, but don't do it. Stay strong!     5 minute workout in 4 week! Okay, first week : Plank 2 minutes Push ups 1 minute Thighs and buttocks 1 minute Squats 1 minute Abs 1 minute Abs + buttocks 1 minute Waist 2 minutes Total : 9 minutes + 10 secs rest for each of them Enjoy ur 5 minutes workout!
  • Been a week. my abs and arms feel tighter. This morning, i was amazed to find my pant size gone one size smaller. i have also been drinking lots of water combined with fibre rich food. It has worked for me!!! I am 37.
