Like the use of Keanu Reeves in the thumbnail. If anyone is high value its him. One of the most humble men in existence despite his fame.
  • “The most important relationship you have is with yourself”. Absolutely!

Putting yourself first is so important. I'm 55 and it took me many years to truly understand that. The fact that you really "get it" at your age is impressive. Making sure that I'm the best version of myself allows me to be the best employee, friend, partner, to others.
  • The best advice I've ever gotten is that getting a relationship is not a chasing game, you have to improve yourself first, and then you attract more people. Dating in a way is a form of self-improvement

A high value woman in my opinion is not manipulative, has her shit straight(is not looking to be saved), takes care of herself, is comfortable in her own shoes, is successful at what she does and always learning new things especially ones that challenge her. Oo man! Let me know when she walks in. 👍
  • "The most important relationship you will ever have is not with your mom, your friends. It's with yourself!! Love this quote.

To the younger guys on this thread...continue to work hard in your career and life these 5 traits, if you don't have them all, will come with time, growth, and majority. I'm an old dude and these videos are always an interested social study for me. There's a bunch of freedom in doing what you love and want regardless of what people think. Great traits to have...thanks!

I remember being younger and looking for someone traditional values , but being hesitant Bc it’s not popular , eventually I didn’t care and was super blunt since I didn’t want anyone otherwise , and guess what , it worked ! I found what I wanted .
  • "Best relationship you could ever have is with yourself" well ain't that the TRUTH
  • Never realized I fit into a high value position. A high value woman is intelligent, takes care of herself, can make decisions on her own, supportive, has a sense of humor, doesn't have her eyes glued to a screen, hears what you say and not what she thinks you said, wait, I'm starting to rant.
  • 1. Authenticity 2. Emotionally Intelligent 3. Self love/ Care 4. Always Learning Thanks you so much ❤️
  • It’s so refreshing to hear a list of traits that are actually within our control.

An insecure woman is the worst. She'll muster up enough confidence to get you in a relationship, but then the flood gates open

Authenticity Emotional Intelligence Self Love and Care Integrity Always Learning Applies to everyone I will add compassion and wisdom to round it out.

The key to both sexes being “high Value,” is SELF AWARENESS AND DOING THE WORK FOR SELF GROWTH AND IMPROVEMENT!!!

How i view a high quality woman : simplicity in everything(clothing, life in general, etc) , modesty, good manners, having similar values to mine, willingness to commit to long term and possibly marriage
  • I just got out of a long term relationship; this is exactly what I needed to know what I should work on.
  • @foamige
This is a really valuable lesson for both genders. More people should follow these steps before judging other people.
  • This is one of the most important lessons a father can teach his son. It goes way beyond just the dating scene. Thank you
