  • I usually wrap the product to the pallet and also rope it together to create good stability. On the bottom of the pallet I create an X pattern on each side connecting the product to the pallet and I rope the product together with at least 2 layers and then I wrap the whole pallet with 2 layers. And guys I feel like tying a knot in the pallet isn't really that bad... always carry a box knife with you

Learned more in this video than 3 days of Amazon training

I do this shit all day.. fuckin sucks. Plus we go much higher, like 2,5 meters I guess. Just enough to fit it in a huge truck.
  • Can it go over the edge 1/2" My pallet is 40 x 48, and 3 boxes are 1/2" over the edge.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO TIE THE PLASTIC IN A KNOT. IT IS ANNOYING FOR THE OTHER PERSON. JUST PUT THE START OF THE PLASTIC UNDER A BOX AND IT WILL HOLD

Damn I should’ve looked this up first lol
  • Dear Kruk Cards / Mr. Ryan Shain, would you have anything against the fact that I use you great video in one of our workshops pallet wrapping ? Your name / video link will be mentioned as source. Thanks for your reply by return.
  • tie into all 4 corners.... (especially for heavy pallets) and wrap a couple of rows of cartons at a time.... I have zero shipping claims on outbound pallets of 500 to 2000 lbs.. inbound is a whole other story... loads shift all the time, and I have had 2 claims in 2022, where I trucking companies broke a pallet in half... first time I have ever seen that... I mean they destroyed the pallet .... luckily most of my inbound goods are tough to damage, but they managed to lose a few cartons that were financially a burden for us.... take pictures of everything you ship, and get your suppliers to do the same... poor handling by trucking companies is nothing new, they just are in too much of a hurry and don't care about the products arriving in new condition., been doing this for 40 years.....
