Excellent logic! What went wrong about 40 years ago. One thing in the north, is that we stopped eating real lard - it was a source of Vit D all winter. Then we started eating processed foods, sat our kids indoors most of the day, and then in front of the TV. We can’t expect to be healthy if live in a way that we were never meant to live.

She’s one of the best researchers I’v ever listened to. She is rooted in experience and real life with real people and she acknowledges our ignorance about the brilliance of the body. Humility rather than the usual doctor arrogance. Dr. Park too! If a baby can’t breathe because of congestion, look at the mother’s diet. Crap dairy products (pasteurized) are a common culprit.
  • Thank you to both of you “clinically curious” physicians. It’s wonderful as a patient to see a doctor listening to patients, connecting complex dots and staying true to the exploration of science. Unfortunately, financial gain alone has been dominate in research and development. It’s time for a rebirth of true healers in medicine. You have given me great information and hope.

Excellent interview Dr. Steven. You have a very relaxed way of interviewing. It allowed this guest to share very effectively. Great job!

Dr Gominak is absolutely the BEST! Massively intelligent yet very accessible. What a mind she has! I watched a long interview with her from three years ago, and rewatched it last night ,which led me to this video. Brilliant woman.
  • @Sewmore
This is the best utube I’ve heard in a long time! Thanks
  • @pianofortefun
I’ve had so much trouble with sleep - and can’t find a solution. Even taking away light exposure, working on diet etc so this had a big eureka - with the way D and Bs are operating. I feel hopeful again that I can get in balance. Thank you both for this in-depth conversation!!!
  • @Yachtblackgold
Such a fantastic interview! One of the best I have heard hitting on so many different topics. Really enjoyed it!
  • @flycorvus
I'm happy to hear your voice, Dr. Gominak! Should give interviews more often. Your job and viewpoint is really important and interesting. Greetings from Europe! :-)

Dr Park, I have your book and found it very interesting. I have passed it on to people in my family and it opens up new areas to explore with respect to their sleep disorders. Very glad to see that you interviewed Dr Gominak. I feel like she is on the track of some groundbreaking information. I am a retired alternative medicine practitioner but my particular area of interest is SLEEP, Melatonin, and microbiome. Thank you for interviewing Dr Gominak.

Thank you, Dr Park for providing Dr Gominak an opportunity to teach what she has learned, and what has turned out to be important to my health. I recommend your talks to others, and hope they will benefit from the knowledge you share.

She has so much to say that I hunger to hear.... thank you, Dr. Park
  • @drorbl67
Thank you very much, great conversation. Every time I hear Dr. Gumiac I learn new things, and it makes old things clear to me. Your important job. Breakthrough and special doctor.
  • I am a counsellor so all this information has a direct impact on how I can help my clients. I specialise in Children and Youth and I have always linked their poor diet to much of their problems but was unable to know how to help them to start them on their recovery journey and help them achieve their full potential throughout their life. Thank you for sharing your years of research findings and your real life experiences.

I think a lot of these changes came after ww2. Families were disrupted. Diet changed. A lot less breastfeeding. A lot more radiation and chemicals. It isn’t just facial structures that are changing. It is also the normal back muscle structure in young men. This interview was excellent. Thank you to both. 🌸
  • Two rockstars!!! These two can rewrite clinical medicine. They have some of the best medical advice ever.
  • @echolliman
This is exactly the video I needed to see! Thank you so much for sharing! 👍
  • She's a pleasure. I've read her work a few years ago and she continues to fascinate.
  • @glenkiefer4159
Thank you for such an educational video. The human body is so complex yet designed in such a way that a simple way of life makes it easy to maintain such a complex design. The information makes sense. Sadly when things are broken down in such a simple way most people do not want to believe it. I also appreciate the humility shown by you both. Thank you
