Heyo! This video took much longer than usual, but I'm still here! The month of March was a difficult one for me health wise. But I'm almost back to 100% and ready to start kicking ass again. Thank you for your patience and understanding! The script for part 2 is almost complete. Then we're on to a most... bloody city, horrid nightmare, and a most vile hunt. Onwards! -Tip

I appreciate that she uses music from the areas in the story as she narrates because its really immersive and captivating because it immediately brings back memories of each part of the game. 🎉😊
  • The grace of a sledge hammer honestly describes Midna's actions in the first act of the game as a whole. Till the mid game event where things change she basically has a steak on a stick leading Lnik around by the nose and a cudgel to smack him for not following the steak...

I always thought it was interesting how (before the Hyrule historia even came out) TP Link seemed connected to Hero's shade, he knew Epona's song, lived in a tree yet was also a ranch hand. The direct connection to Ocarina made sense even without the Historia confirming details. Then you add the displacement of the Gerudo and the Arbiter's grounds to the mix and it really paints an interesting picture. It points to some kind of gerudo/hylian war, started when Child Link warned past Zelda about what Ganondorf would do in the future. What happened to OoT Link after Majora's mask really interests me. I want answers, and maybe even another game where we finally get to see an old man Link, and how he died.
  • I love how Link's name is now [ Lnik ] whenever NPCs talk to him.

The exquisite humour of "Nipple chicken" and the profound sadness of ending on Midna's near-death, both in an excellent video. I've been binging these and I honestly can't wait for part 2!

I just love your dash of humor to your eloquent fairy-tale narration.😂 It seamlessly switches from the voice of a graceful and elegant storyteller to a VERY peeved gamer, and I love it!🤣

For anyone confused how Ganon survived the execution: When Adult Link was sent back to his original time, he had ownership of the Triforce of Courage. Arriving back to his child body and the child timeline, Link inadvertently caused that timelines Triforce, which was still locked in the Sacred Realm, to split. Link got the ToC, Zelda got the piece of Wisdom, and Ganondorf got Power. When the Sages executed Ganondorf, the Triforce of Power revived him. Sending him to the Twilight Princess was their only hope in that moment.

Nipple Chicken caught me so off guard XD (Also, you are weirdly educational in terms of character motivations and things--which is uber helpful for an aspiring writer. Keep up the awesome work!)

A story I know so well and yet it feels like it's being told to me for the first time. You've got a gift.

You do such an amazing job with story telling. I’ve watched summaries of lots of games with gripping stories, yet find the retelling of them to feel empty. Your storytelling however, fantastic!!! You keep the mood and suspense that came with the original tellings in the games they are in. I love this channel!

Twilight Princess is still relevant in 2022. Such a well rounded masterpiece on every single level, an anomaly in the gaming industry.
  • @DrakeAurum
It's a long time since I played Twilight Princess, but I still have fond memories of it, and your retelling captures the mood of this game perfectly.

No meme, I think you might be my favorite content creator. The surge of dopamine I get when I see a new video, or that you went live is a feeling I haven't felt in a while
  • I lol’d pretty hard at “party time tentacles”. I love your style of narration and writing, and am definitely gonna be checking out the other videos in this series; you’ve got my subscription, absolutely!
  • @sabertooth1980
You leave us on that cliffhanger!? I mean, I know what happens... But that moment when playing Twilight Princess... it broke my heart... It made me rush to the castle with renewed purpose... Fetting fet fet, I got teary eyed when you described that. Can't wait for the next part to come out.
  • This has literally made my day, I love your content and the way you present your videos
  • I've only found you recently, but Im so thoroughly enjoying being here. Comfort and storytelling about my favourite and dear games, your voice has soothed me so much. Thank you so much for what you do, its wonderful. ❤️

I love these videos! It's great to be able to relive the story of a Legend of Zelda game even when I don't have time to replay it and your narration is perfect! One minor complaint, however. At 44:44 when talking about Zora's Domain being frozen, you mention that "another hero of the past once faced this exact predicament." Which is not true, because Adult Lnik never visited Zora's Domain in the Child Timeline. I see it as that same event, finally happening after a long delay. As with all of Twilight Princess's similarities to Ocarina of Time. It's not history repeating itself, it's history that was supposed to happen, now finally happening.
