Vince doesn't like being proven wrong. Thats why Christian never fulfilled his potential in the WWE.

Loved him in TNA where he was treated as a major star. His matches with Jarret Sting Kurt Angle Joe and AJ styles were my favourites

Vince was bonkers. Christian Cage was a great singles performer back then and he still is. Look how he elevated the TNA title back then and the TNT title today
  • Christian is and always will be a legend dude worked his ass off to get to where he is
  • Props to Batista for recognizing Christian's potential. Some guys would have envied not being over with the crowd as much as their opposition, but Batista instead decided to give Cage his grace. That's commendable.

TNA back in the day was crazy. They had AJ Styles, Christian, Kurt Angle, Sting, Samoa Joe, Kevin Nash etc.
  • Christian is so great. Always thought he was much funnier than Edge.

Being there for their Uk episode of Raw where Christian was the most over guy on the show, it was absolutely surreal for a little kid who wasn’t yet a mark for the business. The Cena feud later that summer should have been a stepping stone for him.

Christian is clearly a brilliant mind who understand the wrestling business. Im shocked he was never pushed. Going to TNA did help him elevated his game and now hes doing his best work in AEW. Great interviews overall as you learned alot about these wrestler.
  • Christian Cage got me into watching TNA. Christian's run in TNA amazing. It made me realize that WWE wasn't that good and that there were better options.
  • @ajbahus
Christian is an interesting case in that he looks better the older he gets. The grizzled look fits him better than Edge, I think.

His Captain Charisma run was great. Mad they never at least attempted to go with him a bit

In my opinion, Christian Cage best run was with TNA that propelled him to the main event and he’s literally in my opinion one of the top 10 to 20 greatest stars that ever worked for that company

Christian is one of the best ever and he deserved much more in WWE. Vince was being a fool and he made sure to hold Christian back again and again. It's like Vince wanted to get other people over but the people chose Christian so he took that personally. Christian Cage is still one of the very best in the world and he deserves much more credit for his work than he gets. I hope he gets an AEW World Championship run as the top heel in AEW. He truly deserves it.

Yes! In 2005, Christian was DEFINITELY over with the fans in WWE. Kudos to him for knowing his worth. Much respect ✊🏾 💯
  • I hope I get to see Adam Copeland and Christian Cage as aew tag champs before they retire both are in my top 10 favourite wrestlers of all time and favourite tag team ever!
  • Man, there was a chance that Christian would win the WWE Championship before Edge.
  • As good as his run in AEW is, it probably won't have happened without his run in TNA as they were the first company that allowed him to be booked/treated like a megastar
