    Trump doesn't like double standards. He has only one standard. Pay money and I will help you. Tawain, South Korea, Japan and the Philippines have to pay 10 billion dollars monthly for security guarantees. Germany and France have to pay 100 billion dollars per month for security. The US is an insurance state; anyone who wants safety must pay for the insurance guarantee for a period.
