Wyatt Johnston is so good. Only player other than Wayne to score a pp goal and a shorty in a playoff game under the age of 21......In over 90 years since this was tracked.

I get having guys missing, but seeing Georgiev hung out like that to dry was brutal. Stars look scary
  • @MattAlbie
I'm shocked. I watched this game expecting to see the Avs be scary beasts but they just looked dead out there.

Since blowing the 3 goals lead in Game 1 and nearly blown a 4 goals lead in Game 2, the Stars defense and goaltending have improved significantly. The loss of Valeri really hurt Avalanche.

Keep blaming Georgiev :D 21 - 4 in shots before the 2nd goal where are that MVP guy and best defender in the league?
  • @Plasmawarrior
Ever since the end of game 1, the Stars have looked like the far better team. Game 4 is a good look on why. Man.

    When Georgiev is your best player you are S C R E W E D.

Dallas looks like they’re on another level confidence wise. And more consistent than Colorado offensively.

Hell of an unselfish move by Johnston to pass to Steel for the empty net. That’s a team player.

The Stars have had one of the toughest paths in the west but they're stepping up to the challenge and you can see that confidence building. Wyatt has been a stand out, what a playoff performer. Hard not to root for them if my Oilers get knocked out.

Georgiev played exceptionally well, but his team let him down with an inability to score on offense and a failure to clear rebounds from in front of the net on defense.

This was the first game this post season that felt like Dallas was in control from start to finish. They controlled the play for virtually 60 minutes. I hope they can close out the series in game 5. The team needs some rest going into the finals!

    Heiskanen, Johnston, Oettinger 💪💪💪

Is Colorado aware that they don’t need to spot Dallas 3+ goals to start every game?

I said this last game. The stars have such an impressive propensity for success. They learn the other teams strengths and weaknesses super well and exploit them. Took them 7 to take down the defending champs, these guys are gonna close this series out in 5. Go Pete Deboer! Great coaching it seems to me!

Dallas is absolutely dominating this series. They’re totally shutting down the avs top line.
