I don't mean to get sentimental but this video made me tear up a bit. I got into kpop around the beginning of 2nd gen but there are so many prior groups that I never even realized I was already listening to as a tiny kid. I'm in awe of seeing how much kpop has evolved over the years and though I get a little apprehensive with the market saturation and erratic fan culture,I do love seeing the growth in popularity. Its like watching an old friend mature into something even greater. The nostalgia is beating the crap out of my heart right now!! tysm!😭

DSP is actually pretty good at making their girlgroup. Look at FinKL and our Japan Queen, KARA. They almost hit the jackpot with April but Naeun scandal ruin everything

Apink still charting even till this day and was still on one of the tops from 2013 - 2020 is truly iconic behavior. Missing the 2nd gen legends such as SNSD, 2ne1, Sistar, BEG, etc. a little too much

SNSD reigned the most for 7 years(2009-15) Secondly,TWICE ruled for 4 years(2016-2019) Notably,BLACKPINK took the crown in a new decade from 2020 til 2022.
