I grew up in a hispanic household where no one liked turkey, so we never had turkey for thanksgiving. Recently, I was assigned to cook a turkey for a Friendsgiving I was having and I was extremely nervous because I’ve never cooked a turkey in my life and I didn’t want to ruin it. I came across your video and I followed your exact recipe and let me tell you, I am so proud of myself. Everyone LOVED the turkey and they all said how flavorful it was. Just wanna say we made this last year for our big family dinner, and out of the 3 turkeys that were brought for the 60+ people we left with no scraps! Everyone loved it so much (they dogged on how dry the other turkeys were)

I did exactly what you did and even though I didn’t have the Thyme, this recipe was everything! The turkey was falling off the bones! Everyone complimented me on the taste of the turkey! Considering this was my 4th/5th time ever cooking a turkey, this was a grand hit! Thank you 😊
