Cool seeing you play! I was surprised to see this in my sub feed today :P Keep up the good work Level

This game isn't as grindy as some other comments would have you believe, the game just doesn't tell you. I thought it was too until I figured out you can sell fuel and wires to make quick coin. Hit 3k PS as fast as you can, do "get the wires" and sell those on the market. Don't do quick sell, make sure you're hitting the trade screen. Buy a blue fuel tank, put it and a fuel barrel on, and you can also start selling fuel. You can make 30-50 coins an hour if you don't suck. The games progression will be, from my experience, similar to games like WoW for starting players not being power leveled. I've been playing less than 2 weeks and I'm easily doing 6.5k builds and I haven't spent a dime on this game, and it took me 5 days to figure out how to make coins.
  • You missed a newbie level thing that a lot of people miss — Hatchets. You get two of them fairly early on, much sooner than you get that gun mount. Everything that can be said in favor of a combat bumper is an order of magnitude more true of the Hatchets. A bumper is a 1 point weapon, while Hatchets are 10 points! And unlike the explosive spears, they don’t run out of ammo. They also serve a useful purpose, in giving you the ability to fend off a self-destructing attacker — if they’re on the end of your blade, you take greatly reduced damage when they blow up. Hatchets do excellent ram damage but are considered regular parts for parts limit and weapons for resisting damage. Powered melee costs power points, but Hatchets cost zero power. Unless you are right at the parts limit and really need one specific thing, there is never any practical reason not to have them

This reminds me alot of that free game on steam where you basically build rovers, almost looks like a massive re-skin of that game. But I think it has robot in the name, can't remember

Awesome to see you covering CrossOut! I hope you do more advanced builds and guides as well. Just a tip in case you didn't know, doing Storm Warning and Races is a great way to level up quickly. Second place, which I was able to get in Storm Warning and Races with a very similar build, can give up to 10k with a few decoration pieces and a well rested bonus.

Good vid as always LC...I have to admit when you said something about 3rd person, I figured a “I wish this was a 1st person game” was going to follow.

I tried this game when it was released on steam. It's actually a pretty fun game to play and i enjoyed playing it. Unfortunately though, it has the biggest grind i have ever seen from any game in my entire life. Be prepared to grind for at least a week for one low/mid-tier item, high-tier items will take you at least a few months unless you spend 12 hours a day playing this game or drop some money on it. It gets very repetitive when you're just zipping around the map with your shitty, low-tier vehicle with the same 3 guns on it for week after week. Gameplay is good, progression isn't.

The best way to get your Reputation up is when you get your Daily Challenges, go in Adventure, and knock out your Side Challenges (10) first. You'll get your Well Rested bonus (300%) applied to All of them at once, as well as any main Challenges you do as well. You can burn up the entire Rested bonus all in 1 go, to maximize the Reputation earned, since it's all counted at once. Then do your Missions, and Raids for the Scrap/Copper.

I was very surprised to see crossout here, i've been playing it since day 1 when it came out as an open beta (couldn't get in the closed :/), i find it really fun, but most people i played with found it kinda repetitive after a while, i still play the game whenever i get some time to kill, i've basically gone from bf4 to crossout as my main game to play
  • You can mount the turret mount upsidedown to mount 2 small guns and reverse thrust to back out quickly in a jam
  • @leekenyon8705
You can also make squares and place wheels inside the center then place walls around it and tires outside allowing you to hide some or all of your tires and some times this can result in you running around on two tires like a motor cycle during a match after losing the visible tires.
  • @thedandy6765
This entire game was made because of the mad max fury road movie
  • a good counter to the gun takeout strategy is to always put some rammig parts on the front, soyou dont just become a bomb when you lose your guns.
  • @Fausto_moh
Hey level, just wanted to say that im glad to see you playing some lesser known games and having a good time.
  • @Rinyotsu
I actually have been playing around with the wheels on the inside. Theyre defended from pretty much all attacks and if you use at least three wheels, you'll be ok as the frames help keep it upright. Using all steering wheels increases maneuverability and i havent had too much of an issue with people destroying the frames unless they ram me, but with the handling it's easy to evade ramming attacks.

started playin this a couple of days ago pretty fun and happy too see this here the design was very similar too mine but gave me a few ideas so cheers
  • @FortunePayback
Yeah, a friend of mine tried to get me to play this a long time ago. Went ahead and downloaded it, but I never found time to go ahead and actually open it up. It looks kind of fun, but not all that great to the point where I want to start playing and really get into it.
  • the thing about unarmed vehicle is that they will mostly try to get as close to you as possible and blow themselves up killing you or causing heavy dmg that's why you try to stay as far away as possible from them...
