The “not phased by anything” fan is so damn accurate. Marinette could get back the miraculouses in the first episode or maybe even the reveal could actually happen, and I would not bat an eye

I'm a mix of all of these except “adore the show” I left that part of the fandom a long time ago.... But the fanfiction is good If you look deep enough. I guess I'm any other fan 😅 lol

I have a confession 😅 3 years ago, before I’d ever heard of the show, I was looking through the art of one of my fav artists on Devaintart and found that they’d made a Miraculous Ladybug comic with multiple chapters. I read it and thought the whole thing—all the characters, the love square, the superhero stuff—was their idea. They abruptly ended the comic and I was sad, so I looked up its name and was shocked to find an entire TV show of the comic I’d grown so attached to

I tick the box for: "hates" the show, not phased by anything at this point, fan creators and fan content enthusiasts, loves the side and non-canon ships, and loves the side characters lol. I swear I'm only in this fandom for the fan content at this point, espeically the Scarlet Lady comics

At this point I only stick to AO3 because even though it's basically all the same at least it's more consistent than the show which is impressive because all the fanfiction is written by different people and the show isn't. Also I'm not touching Wattpad, there's a limit and that's it.

I'm the "Completely done with the Canon show and just stayed around for the Fanon Content which, by the way, are probably 110% better than the actual show" kind of fan.

As someone who just found out Chloe has a sister it shows how I went from watching every episode of the show in French the day the episodes came out to now where I haven't watched the show for 2-3 years and have no idea what's going on anymore 😂 I was here for the shipping but it sucks seeing the show go downhill from where it came from. And how the creator of the show argues with fans on Twitter and other social media is insane. Fanfics r good though. 😌👌🏻

I haven't watched the show since the first or second season, but I'm probably going to start watching it again soon Edit: Also a bakery AU is literally the perfect AU for Marinette and anybody else

This is one of those fandoms where... it just kinda... exists. You're completely aware that it exists and know what it's like, you just barely acknowledge it anymore because you have better things to worry about than the glacial burn that is the main ship of the show.

Oh man. I stopped watching this show and successfully left the fandom sometime mid season 3 bc I was so fed up with the constant back tracking on character growth, the drawn out secret identity mystery, and honestly the really not great depictions of friendships and right and wrong. But this vid made me remember that even when I was watching it I was largely in the fandom bc of the fanfiction 😂 it's just that over time the show just ruined everything about itself for me. It had such good potential in season one!!! Still angry about it. It's fine. This vid tho kinda makes me want to peruse around the fandom and see what dumpster fires are current.

I'm a mix between "loves the show" "not phased by anything at this point" and "fan creators and fan content enthusiasts" I love the show, acknowledge the flaws, and know that fans can do some amazing things with the characters and lore. Personally I feel like kids are allowed to make mistakes and take time with relationships so I'm not as hard on Adrien and Marinette than the rest of the fandom.

I remember someone referring to the love square as 'the shipping equivalent of a Scooby Doo door gag' and honestly the more I watch this show, the more I agree with that statement.
