OBDII readings Renault Scenic 2000

Hi, I'd like some assistance understanding these outputs I recorded from my Renault Scenic 2000, it has a K4M 1.6ltr petrol engine, and a intermittent issue has developed in that the RPM will climb to about 1000-1300 RPM from it''s factory set 750-850 RPM. Fuel consumption has gone from 38MPG to 33MPG. In this clip the engine seems to be running as it should, that is to say the RPM isn't jumping around.
I am beginning the elimination process, but would appreciate understanding these values. I had just parked up when I decided to capture these, so you will see I hold a fairly steady 2000 RPM for about 30 seconds, then let it drop to idle for about 30 seconds, then turn off the engine, then restart it (takes a bit of time to reestablish connection), I let it idle then 'blip' the throttle, then let it idle before ending the capture.
I can't obtain MAF sensor settings, nor am I convinced I have a second Lambda sensor, nor do I seem to be able to obtain a second fuel trim reading, but am trying to get my head around the software. My car seems to be a bit of a mix between the outgoing Scenic Mk1 phase 1 and Scenic Mk1 phase 2 in bodywork, the engine seems the same, but the software seems weird as even on the SnapOn system at the garage those same readings don't exist.
They have been recorded using a Bluetooth ELM327 device connected to the OBDII port, using screen capture software on the Xperia Z3. It really is the best capture I can get, if I try to capture them individually they make even less sense!
I feel (from what I can gather watching other videos) that the Lambda sensor is a little over the place, and when I read the engine load it says 100% all the time!. The O2 bank 1 sensor voltage varies, but the O2 bank 2 sensor stays at 0.4v all the time, those are the only O2 sensors I can obtain readings for.
I do intend to get some more readings over the next few days, hopefully in a landscape view...
