Fun fact the reason Cumber Never used Ssj or ssj2 is because the Evil aura gives a bigger multiplier so he only uses base/Base(Evil ki) and Ssj3. Edit: It turns out that it's just some Writing/Promo Bullshit and wanted to keep him in base and not Ssj like the manga.

Cumber is the definition of the OG Saiyan that was introduced in DBZ, he has no god ki bs, not a gary stu, no kakkarot symptom, etc.. He is the Pure unadulterated Saiyan Badass with a glorious tail. We got one!
