Thank you so much. This looks like the real thing, I’ve gone through so many recipe videos that you just KNOW won’t turn out to be like the fried rice you can only get in Thailand! Even if they have millions of views. This one def looks the best - Kop khun 🙏🏻

Excellent recipe, I made it and it is amazing just like the one my husband and I used to eat at our favorite Thai restaurant. Unfortunately, the owner passed away and the restaurant lasted a few years later, but closed down without announcing it! We were all sad because we now miss his dishes. Thank you, thank you, thank you very much!!! We loved it, it’s identical in flavor, ingredients, and presentation!❤

Of all the Khao Pad recipes on YouTube, this is my favourite one. It’s simple and doesn’t try to modify the dish too much with add-ons.

Fabulous - so simple - thanks so much - ka! This is the classic Thai version of fried rice - quite different from a Yangshou, Chinese style fried rice. The fish sauce and technique make this one really awesome. The garlic comes through. I added some red shallot as well for crunch. This is a CLASSIC Thai dish, thanks for sharing.
