  • My favorites are walnuts they calm me down I do eat about a close to a half a cup. I also add sea salt and mix it with a little of grass fed ghee. It’s the unsalted raw walnuts that i buy.I love the way it taste with these combinations!!

    The flavor of peanut butter is so good and addictive to me. Prior to going Keto is would drizzle honey into the PB jar and spoon it out. What a sugar rich snack! Now I avoid as to not trigger or keep it minimal. Thanks for the list
