A genuinely funny man, a rare bird in that he's funny and uniquely himself. Like Tim Vine. Another Christian. Thanks for doing this..

Enjoyed every minute of that. Milton Jones is such a funny man. And in an age where expletives and smut are the order of the day, it's a delight to enjoy his humour and not have to be embarrassed because your children or your mother are in the room with you.

Mate (IF there’s one thing to applaud Milton for) then it’s his authentic brand of clean witted comedy,.,. proves there’s no need for carnality. WTG Christian Soldier!!

I live in the USA and just discovered Mock the Week. Milton Jones is outstanding. I really enjoyed this discussion. Very insightful.
  • He made Mock the Week worth watching. Just for those brief unique interjections is so wonderfully funny amongst all of the unfortunate crowd who think have to swear to make people laugh. You certainly get your money’s worth with Milton.

I love that Milton clearly thinks deeply about his responses. Fabulous interview!
  • I did not know this about Milton Jones. I've never seen him with neat hair before

I've always thought that same thing about comedy. It's a weapon of truth. Comedians are able to say taboo truths out loud by making them funny. Comedy is definitely a gift from God.
  • Very interesting. I've thought of doing stand up but this has made it even more of a mere thought. Honest. Thanks

You guys definitely have something with this podcast however too much preamble for modern consumption. Keep up the good work🙂
  • Having been born the son of a vicar, I get his point entirely about the cure before the poison. Its as though youre born on a tangent to the world.

  • People of religious faith especially within christianity that endorse laughter due to comical effects as such is btw quite the opposite of what the tenets profess. The modern "christian" approach to mediate this uncomfortably chiming issue has been to water it down (read: cherry-pick and "interpret" beyond recognition) to a whole different version of what actually is written verbatim in scripture, which proves even the openly professing believers don't really want to take the commandments, rules and demands not to mention threats within anymore seriously than say claims being left without christmas presents lest exhibiting commonly considered decent behaviour through the year. In itself it statues as solid proof for reason and reality replacing superstition and mythology as arbiters in society.
