  • Sorry Tommy I won't be getting one - 3 within 200 miles of where I live $67,000 to $76,000 - dealers want to rip everyone off - I really hope some of the crooks go out of business.

I love my Everglades. It has 0 problems handling 30” of snow. I was worried about getting the 2.3, but I am more than impressed with it both off roading and passing another vehicle on the highway
  • @JbbJake
Loving my Big Bend 2.3l - I came from a 6.2l Raptor that just wasn't made for the New Hampshire trails. Miss it but loving the Bronco.
  • I had a Black Diamond and found an Everglades about 5 hours away from me for 57k and I jumped on it immediately. So far, I’m freaking loving it!

One of the other unique features of the Everglades is the 12” screen. It’s basically a black diamond mid package but gets signature lighting and the bigger screen. High package screen minus the 360* cameras. The winch would block the front camera anyway.
  • I bought a Bronco with the 2.3l. The manual transmission is what I really wanted and the 2.3l is a great motor so far, no regrets!

Seriously thinking about getting one of these for Mrs JAX. She's a big Bronco fan, and I REALLY like the Everglades edition. It has everything we could want. Thanks for the great content, guys! Hope to get to run into you all one of these days. Take care!

Reason 2.3 only is alternator location. 2.3 has it located high on engine, 2.7 has low mounted alternator. Look at IAG Off Road video about 2.7 alternator problems. This low mount alternator problem was also noted on Truck King's video on the Everglades package
  • @Nightakula
Massively expensive, and as with every bronco it’s totally unattainable…
  • Great video I didn’t know about the Everglades edition but now I understand and appreciate what it offers. I think if I get the chance to order a 2024 it’s going to be the Everglades edition! Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll send you the picture when I get it!

I just went from the Wiltrak to the Bronco Raptor! TBH I wish i had just modded the Wildtrak.
  • @toddh4491
Nice comparison, Tommy, and appreciate the details. Go Buffs!

Great video Tommy! I love the effort and thought that went into changing the everglades model. What are your opinions on a Base Sasquatch... from a pure value perspective, the base sasquatch that can be upgraded over time. A 4 door Basesquatch with hard top and wiring kit runs around 45K based on engines and accessories / the Everglades runs around 56K but that includes upgrades like a wash out floor / vinyl seats / mid package / etc {Not a bad deal at all if you plan to keep it stock}. I could have a lot of fun upgrading a bronco with the $11,000 saved. But I'm curious, If you had 56K to spend on a bronco, would you go for the everglades or upgrade/customize a base?
  • I’m extremely fortunate. I’ve had a reservation since day one and as of today my Bronco Everglades is in production.
  • Wildtrak doesn't get the Sway bar disconnect. Only Badlands, First edition (No longer produced) and Raptor have it.
