Enki was the god of the waters, therefore he didn't want to be used, by his brother Enlil to destroy the humanity that Enki created. Therefore he opposed him! Plus the only way that could've had happened, only if they took the DNA of every animal! Otherwise the feeding and the waste would've been impossible. I know that the powers that be, don't want you to talk about ET. But they themselves do say they came from the sky what else could that mean. C'mon was the fear?

I'm curious, other than the epic of Gilgamesh, what are the sources for the rest of this story? Is it collected from a variety of ancient Sumerian and Babylonian artifacts? Or are there other examples of preserved stories, like we get with Gilgamesh? In any case, loving your work! Keep em' coming :)

Bottom line, besides your interpretation, man was created as a slave species, to work for and worship. Not exactly a nice as your story telling. And lets not forget that the gods taught us war do to their own rivalries and jealousies.
