It does matter that he didn’t testify because he had a big mouth and had a lot to say outside of the courtroom everyday but the fact that he chickened out and didn’t testify in court speaks loudly!!!

The jury can't use his lack of testimony to influence their legal opinion of him. I have no such restriction. His boasting about how he's going to testify, followed by his refusal to do so, makes it look like he has something to hide.

Honestly, if he had, the sentence would triple. We knew he wouldn't testify because he said he would.
