Devon Larratt, renowned for his exceptional skills and technique, exhibits incredibly strong finger containment during matches.

Finger containment refers to the ability to maintain a firm grip on an opponent's hand and prevent any slippage or loss of control.

Larratt's finger containment is not only technically sound but also relies heavily on his years of experience in the sport. His fingers effortlessly wrap around the hand of his adversary, creating an unyielding hold that restricts their movements and provides Larratt with a crucial advantage.

This exceptional skill can be attributed to Larratt's rigorous training regimen, which includes exercises specifically targeting grip strength and finger dexterity.

Furthermore, Devon Larratt's understanding of body mechanics is evident as he maximizes leverage through precise positioning and angles, enhancing the effectiveness of his finger containment technique.

With such mastery over his fingers' grip, Larratt consistently demonstrates dominance in arm wrestling matches at every level.

Devon’s philosophy is that he only relies on his hand and wrist frame structure in order to convey force.

He even said in one of his videos that you have to sandpaper your multispinner so you won’t have to squeeze it, he’s right, but in my opinion, the multispinner with smooth surface acts like a fat grip especially if the diameter is 3 inches. It has increased my grip strength considerably.

It is well known that Devons main weakness is is OVERALL arm power. His hand power is among the best and specifically his pronation is his best.

You can lose a match without losing the wrist, but like devon says it doesn't matter losing the wrist as long as he can take opponent's wrist, thi only the matter is not get your hand supinated, thats why he train a lot of pronation🎉

I'm very curious to see what Ermes can do to him. I think Devon can win the hand & wrist battle.

Devon's hand is actually extremely strong, he just lacks arm strenght a little bit (bicep/brachioradialis etc) and side pressure (he usually just holds and slowly pins his opponent)

Why cant folks just admit that Devon has strong hands and grip thats it!!!! He is just plain strong!!!!!!

Devon's fingers and wrist do crack back and very often.
This is why he forces strap match every time, otherwise too many people could just top-roll him.

Dude is the real life wolverine, has ademantium in his wrist. To beat him you gotta have weight or size advantage or both and a lot of skills because pound for pound ain't nobody touching this guy.

Why Brzenk was the greatest for decades....his cup strength was superior to EVERYONE. Until others developed ways to overcome this (superior strength +30% or superior side strength +20%)

Levan is so packed with all kinds of chems he's not human anymore ;)

Really enjoyed this video. Thank you! I think devons arm strength is getting better and better, he steamrolled Dave at KOTT 7 which is no easy feat. I've love to see Devon vs Ermes or Ermes vs Levan 2.

9 minutes for a simple answer, he takes as much as he can in the set up with his longer hands, the opponent is usually to prideful to complain

Last time i saw Devon's wrist cracked back was when he pulled MMT in WAL and that was years ago his wrist was intact even against levan so I truly believe that he has the 2nd strongest wrist in world (better than Ermes) ik that Ermes would probably beat Devon but that doesn't change the fact that Devon has the better wrist

Fantastic video! I’d love to see similar videos on other arm wrestlers!

Interesting to see how Devon would feel Ermes 100+kg back presure

I wondered if he had steel rods or some shit put into his wrists. You notice when he stands his wrists are alwats turned inward.
