Wand doesn't matter... Best way to get OP early is to do side quests and push through til you open talents, then use the AOE talents and the talent that lets you have different sets of spells... Also, Crucio....

Wand is all purely cosmetic and choice based no actual gameplay effect by choosing different wands lol if your a wb fan member you can load your own fan character and wand into the game proving wand is entirely just cosmetic
