I am 90% sure that the building layout is the main hub in the campaign, as they mentioned that the manor was an Old KGB location in the 50's during the reveal.

im pretty sure the map in russian is the actual floorplan for the safehouse, as its a dilapidated KGB safehouse that was used during the 60s/70s

I have a good feeling that that floor layout blueprint is actually the safehouse that you’ll use in the BO6 campaign. Which would make sense because it was a KGB spy safehouse in the 50’s and 60’s which explains why it’s in Russian. I don’t believe it’s Vorkuta but I do think Vorkuta will be involved in the story.

Mudroom must be just an entrance room or what ever it would be in english. In my language (and culture) we have a thing called "wind cabinet" which is the small room in the entrance where you take off your outside clothes and shoes. (I don't speak russian but our country used to be a part of russia before it turned into Ussr. We share some cultural things)

What I think personally, correct me if I'm wrong, is that this jumpsuit could be a prisoner jump suit and the map is a prison of some sorts. What I'm saying is that the mole was back there in verkuda with mason and reznov but they two don't know it yet. The mole could be following everyone and knows their footsteps. It's just a theory and I could be wrong

If you remember the showcase, the new safehouse was a Russian black site in the 60's. So it's most likely a map of the new safehouse.

The map is probably for the Safehouse Campaign Hub. The Safehouse is an old seaside manor that was used by the KGB as a blacksite in the 1960w but is now abandoned. This lines up with the map being in Russian and showing the year 1963.

in the bo6 direct there is a voiceline in the iraq mission where the soldier is british and has a very familiar voice, please look into this because i think that it maybe ghost or price that would possibly be in bo6 due to them being the oldest in 141

Fun Fact, a “Mud Room” was very popular in the 60’s-70’s basically a mud room is a designated room in you’re house (Usually it’s a separate room as you walk into the house or in the basement) and it’s where you put you’re dirty shoes and clothes before you enter the house most old houses have them with some kind of carpet.

The map is of the safehouse. The title of it is “Усадьба на первом зтаже” which roughly translates to “manor on first floor”

I hope there’s some Reznov easter eggs to be found around the safehouse, we still don’t know for certain if Reznov died in Vorkuta or not!
