North Captiva is only accessible by boat or private plane. There are no cars on North Captiva, only Golf Carts that give it its charm.
North Captiva is a great spot to get away from it all. On North Captiva there are about 400 homes, approx 80 full time residents, 4 restaurants and a couple of shops.

I have always wanted to do a N. Captiva vacation, so far I only spent about an hour there when our water taxi needed to do a pickup there. Before I moved to Florida, back in 2017, I was researching a vacation there and found a house there for sale for $235K. I should have bought it immediately.
