Of course it was on. We spent 15 months in the sandbox. Over 800 Soldiers conducted over 3000 combat missions. We only had two negligent discharges, one inside a Stryker and one where an M203 round actually hit another Soldier in the groin. Thank goodness for the kevlar groin plate. Otherwise he'd be a soprano, now.
