Making of puller to get tip of steering wheel puller out of crankshaft easily avoided by simply leaving the main bolt holding pulley on to crankshaft in place. Just back it out until only a couple of threads are left to hold it in place and using the head of that bolt to screw the main bolt of the steering wheel puller against it. Doing this may require 4" bolts with 1/4-28 threads. Also, leave the tip of the puller bolt off and screw the flat end of puller bolt directly to the main crankshaft bolt.

You're 100percent right I have 1991 Buick Riviera that throws code 41 with that key but I cleaned the key with alcohol and it worked but sometimes still needs a jump

Thanks for the heads up on the key. Mine had similar key/lock issues. I cleaned key and lock set to get current to go to starter.Put a new starter on it prior to key refurbish/replacement. Glad I watched this video first.j kleff
