I’m really glad that you’re taking this topic seriously, because every #successful person you admire is serious about their mornings.

But let me be clear: I am not naturally a morning person.

And if that’s been your excuse, my mission is to change your mind.

If you already have a morning routine, listen to this episode to take it up a notch.

Xo Mel

Hi Mel… I hope this helps to inspire your listeners.. I am a fitness trainer.. my alarm goes off at 4 am, mon thru fri.. I start work at 5 am… with a 30 minute commute.. work ends at 3, and I go running after my shift… I’ve been doing this for over 15 years… I used to only have a few clients, and now I have a waitlist, and see over 40 a week.. I’m sharing because this concept you bring today is the truth!!! The evening routine is critical, and the morning routine sets your day!… hard work, consistency, and dedication to yourself will allow you to grow, in many ways! Amazing podcast today, thank you for bringing this to people, you are amazing Mel!.. 🙏🤗❤️

Mel, you're my f***ing hero! Please keep doing what you're doing, you're amazing. So blunt, so bold, so unapologetic, raw, and real. Love it!!! ❤
  • I am so happy I found this. “ding ding ding , your life is here”. Fing amazing. Thanks Mel. My ass is up and I even made crock pot chili for today and it’s ready. I feel like a million dollars. I’ll be planting seeds indoors to get a jump start on springtime garden. I’m in Northern California and we have snow AGAIN on the ground (not normal for us). F### snow. I’m gardening indoors ❤️. Mel, you have rocked my world. Thanks.

I'm so glad you drop these early in the morning. I find myself really anticipating Monday and Thursday Mel days! And I want to figure out how to put the Mel Robbins snippets saying "Get. Your ass out of bed NOW," AS my alarm, lol!

Hi Mel! I've recently started listening to your podcasts and you've said something like you try to read everything directed at you. So, I'm hoping you see this and learn how you litereally SAVED MY LIFE today, not just changed it!! I am a snooze buttoner, lifelong and daily. Not today. I 5-4-3-2-1'd my wakeup. I woke up to my fitbit charger having latched on to a tiny spring that must have fallen out of my pocket from a pen that fell apart. The spring was stuck to 2 ports of the magnetized fitbit charger, had gotten red hot and started to flame. I wear a CPAP, so i didn't even smell the acrid scent of the melting plastic. I put it out immediately, of course! But, if i had hit the snooze, that flame would have caught on to the dangling bedsheets and/or the rug on the floor and, while that may not have actually killed me, I'm not sure i could have had as much control over the situation!! Let me add that I travel for work and rent a room in someone's house. So, you actually saved 3 people and a house today!! I am a total Mel convert and will immediately start putting in place these steps to start the journey to a better life and be all i can be! Thank you so much for being a gifted speaker!! I hope to meet you one day and share with you whatever other positive changes I'm able to make on the journey of the rest of my life!! 5-4-3-2-1 MY ASS IS OUTTA BED NOW, BABY!!! ❤

Such good info. I have been semi- retired for a little over a year now. (Working 2 days a week) My husband fully retired. Prior to retirement I had a million things I wanted to do, but once I actually had the time, I got sucked into doing nothing but the minimum with him. I need to come up with a routine for myself. ( I do make my bed ) but I get sucked into drinking coffee and reading for hours. Thanks for the kick in the ass!

I am a new listener. I have made a decision to stop being a procrastinator. As I have gotten older I find myself being a worst procrastinator. I want to stop being a procrastinator and wake up with a new me and stop putting things off. I listen to you every morning on my way to work. I enjoy your podcasts. Thank you!
  • @christiS907
I’m not a snooze button hitter BUT I set my alarm for the last possible minute. Also on my days off that’s when I lay in. I needed this.
  • 2 minutes in...and I can already KNOW...this will be a GREAT Episode 🔥💃💥
  • That was a great episode that woke me up in the middle of the day! Thank God, people like you Mel exist on this planet.
  • Huge Progress Fell asleep earlier then my usual time got up at 5 40am and have been up since feels amazing accomplish my task

  • @andi12270
It’s crazy how your former self is exactly who I currently am and have yearned not to be for as long as I can remember! I didn’t just hit the snooze button, I would set 5+ “snooze” alarms as my backup because my brain was so trained to snooze that I would not even consciously wake up to hit the snooze button and actually turn it completely off. I used to be proud to call myself the “Queen of Procrastination”. Just typing that now makes me nauseous! I’m so grateful and excited for the new me!!! Thank you! 💜
  • Do It For Yourself ! Genius Mel. And I would ad ..., Do It For Yourself because U're the Most Important Person in the whole world ! Nothing less. And ..., You Worth It. Period.
  • @Oakfey
One of the best episodes you have done. Thank you Mel!
