Do you think Kang should be a Stark?
-
either he is related to Stark or he more than likely has an admiration of him, Stark is the reason Kang can travel through time. He could just have researched the origins of time travel and it lead all the way back to Stark, thats why he lets the Avengers get away with messing with the timeline, if not the technology might have not existed for Kang to use in the 31st century
-
In the animated series Avengers assemble when kang made his appearance the avengers were able to defeat his 30th + century technology by hacking it and finding old stark tech codes buried deep in the vast advanced tech
-
Dang…so Ms Minutes could be a fully evolved Friday? Each program improved by the next generation…that would be amazing
-
Imagine creating a super soldier and still being the third smartest person in your family.
-
On a long enough timeline, everyone will be someway related to Tony Stark.
-
One other thing that supports this theory is Ravonna's line about the Avengers being supposed to time travel during Endgame; Tony stated that he didn't want those 5 years gone, because of Morgan. So, in a way, the time heist is a part of the Sacred Timeline because it allows Kang to exist, and he wants to preserve his own existence.
-
Nathaniel Richards could be a culmination of both Tony Stark and Reed Richards bloodline, a thousand years into the future anything could happen...
-
If Kang is from the 31st Century, he's probably related to most of the 21st century's population. That's 1000 years, if you assume that is 33 generations 2^33 = 8,589,934,592. Yeh sure there will be plenty of crossovers where people are related +5 generations back but over that kind of time period 'related' is a nonsensical statement.
-
This has been my theory for a while...they assigned a lot of Reed Richards' genius attributes to Stark in the MCU because they didn't have access to the character when the universe was conceived; given that reality, and the fact that Tony basically solved the riddle of reliable time travel, a Stark-based Kang would make more sense than anything related to RR.

LOLOL, after the "Textbook narcissism... agreed" clip, I got an ad that was Richard Branson's giant head telling me about going to space. Perfect.
-
It’s the same scenario that annoys me with Star Wars, not everyone has to be related to the original cast. The world/universe is a big place
-
I swear this guy is the best. I love all his theories and how he breaks everything down and connects all the dots and it always make sense!!
-
He could be a Stark and a Richards since Tony didn't have a son and his name won't carry on, but DNA will.
-
I hate the idea that everything in the MCU needs to connect back to Tony Stark. I think making Kang just happen to stumble upon Tony's time travel technology is super contrived and takes away from Kang's supposed intelligence.
-
“ The Futurist ” line is a call back to Robert Downey jr ‘s solo album in 2004 called “ The Futurist ”
-
I would love if a multiversal-conquering super criminal was a descendent of a normal human. It would really show how much your choices can influence things.
-
Just like we don't want Reed Richard to be "just that guy related to Kang", we don't want Kang to be "Just that guy" related to Tony Stark.. I think Tony Starks story has been told, time to move on.
-
Kang did have an Iron Man helmet on his book case in the Citadel

Incredible theory. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, it would actually improve the comics.
