I liked what she said to Abby at the governor party at the ranch. Abby says no cowboys for me, they'll always love the life more than me. I want to be first. Beth says, "You do! I want a man who's life is already full. This way he's got something to share with me." Confidence in abundance.

That last segment where she scorched the "professor" was epic. I loved it! More so because what she said is so true.
