The retro look isn't for everyone but I know that I definitely like it, let me know what you think of the terminal down below.

All settings were actually common on CRT tubes. With moderation of course:) For instance, the BurnIn on old fosphor screens would result ghosting lines when scrolling through lines, for instance. The horizontal sync setting would occur when the TV set hooked up to the computer wasn't tuned precisely on the analog videosignal of the computer. I always use cool-retro-term when accessing BBS'es (yes, they're still around:)), bringing back that retro feeling! Awesome (and perfect working) gimmick:)

Perfect for playing text-based games

Nice! I've been looking for this very thing. I grew up with the amber colored screen on my IBM XT, and have been wanting to find a terminal that evokes that old style. Many a fond memory of coding and playing games on it.

how can i get thos folder icons on my terminal?
-
i use this terminal only when i code in C.
-
At last! I've found my favorite terminal!
-
Whenever I try to use this cool terminal, icons and horizontal and vertical lines never show up, no matter which font I use, how can I fix this?
-
I like using it for running commandline games.
-
I used this to prettify terminal screenshots. I didn't do anything too drastic with the glitching and degrading, because I wanted it to be actually readable, but it stands out more than just any terminal

kinda don't know what to do here, I found the zip file and I got subsurface, but that's all, I don't know what to do, and I'm not exactly tech savvy so even the instruntions are confusing

CRTs don't have a "back-light".
-
i dont use a compositor; no opacity for me. sticking to fake opacity on rxvt . but i like the retro term regardless. nice 100% cpu usage with all bars to maximum :-)
-
Is there a way to make this terminal the default one?
-
I know this is a 2 year old video but anyone knows if its possible to make some kind of a terminal like this in photoshop?
-
nice :)
-
Fallout 4 right there!

You've configured the most broken and faulty CRT I've ever seen. Even my old CRT's from 80/90's work like brand new compared to your interesting setup :)
-
Is it compatible with windows??
-
Is it compatible with Kali Linux?
