Making A Homemade Cardboard Spray Booth - DIY Tutorial With Free Blueprints N’stuff
#tutorial #3dprinting #propmaking

This is my video build of making a new and improved Cardboard Spray Booth v.2.0
A super handy “Tool/equipment” for every maker who does a bit of airbrushing and painting.
It can be made with plywood, mdf or other materials. But I needed it to be really lightweight and portable for easy storage.
So having made a previous one in cardboard, I know its more that sturdy enough from experience.
As well as fast to set up and hook up to the ventilation. And just as fast be put away again.
You’ll find links below to the 3d models I made, as well as blueprints for the actual cardboard spray booth.
Everything can of course be customised to you’re maker needs.
Hope you find something of use. Enjoy;)

You just killed the whole market of overpriced hobby paint booths. A great process which is explained perfectly. Thanks for saving us a ton of money. :)

This is awesome. My kid saw it and had to have one. She's quite pleased with her spray booth. Thanks for the instructions and stl files. Now we just need to find an led rack stl and we'll be set.

  • @vonsopas

This is a fundamentally great design that lends itself well to customization. I was about to plunk down a lot of money for a professional fume extractor box but this is much more practical for my needs. It's perfect for 90% of the modelling out there except for those big ship modellers. For you multifamily condo hobbyist, you can add a charcoal filter on top of your existing filter to avoid complaints from your neighbors.
  • Broham that is just fantastic!!! 👍 Will definitely be building 2 of these.
