The one important thing he didn't mention , is that they  use them to transport all the Flat Earth folks to the ice wall that holds all the oceans from spilling over the edge

The front end looks just like the CAT 740 B I used to operate but the back end looks just like a modified water truck. Pretty Awesome. Biggest truck I have operated so far was a 400 ton leibherr. But it wasn't in Antarctica! Glad I found your videos. This is my dream job! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for letting me tag into your world K Vex. I live in a desert city that can reach 124F to127F in the shade of summer. Chilling out ghosting you is a nice change.

We would take the Delta from Willy Field (where I lived) past Scott Base and into Mac Town. Pick up more pax and out to the Ice runway (where I worked). It was a long slow ride. When I was there in the early 90s, the Delta was named after the driver.
  • Soooooo, no specifications, no interior views of the cab's and no footage of them in operation. I'm going to have to give it a 👎

In the 62/63 summer season VX-6 Navy Air Development Squadron Six used to name the Aircraft: C-130, (City of Christchurch) CD-130 (City of Invegigal), C-121 Connie (Phoenix) the Pegasus- C-47s- Devine Wind, the Slow Tortoise, the Galloping Goose, Got Youse. It was nice on the Ice but it was peachy in Chi-chi: Christchurch New Zealand. The ladies were great!

The kress is neat. I’ve seen the Cat haul trucks used as platforms for many things. But that sure is neat!

Go back and record interior footage of every single transportation vehicle. This why I clicked on the video.

  • And here I am in Tucson, telling people about the high temperature at McMurdo. Trying to keep people's minds off the heat!
