Building the World's Hardest LEGO Puzzle Box! (32 steps)

for those wondering what that sound at 10:33 was, it was my dog (he has a weird bark) also I've removed the mechanism part because you already saw it when I was building the box.

Wow! So intricate! What really amazes me most however is the ability to re-use pieces within the solve!

If there's a lesson to be learnt, it's that you should always break apart the lego piece by piece. Well done on the puzzle, idek how much hope you lost in it lol, well done.

The most intricate LEGO box so far Name: Grey Box

It's an incredible puzzle! However, from a level design perspective, there is not really a strong indication for the next objective. When designing a puzzle, you want your player to know very clearly where the next step is, so they can think and try to get there. In this puzzle, if it's presented to someone who don't know anything about it, they would just feel like they're popping out random pieces. For example, the spinning one, there is literally no way for the player to know that spinning is the way to solve it because they were not giving a chance to see the mechanism inside the box, so they wouldn't even know what they need to try to achieve, which is to pull that drawer out.

Alternative: throw the box on the ground and get the money out

The hardest part about Lego puzzle boxes is making sure that you chant cheat it, tilt to make later pieces fall out, use tools is spots you are not supposed to, etc. And, you know, making the whole sequence of events work without breaking

This is absolutely brilliant, challenging, fun and cool. Its really impressive that you could make all of that functionality within such a small space. Love it!

Solved it in two steps 1) try and fail to solve it for 18 hours 2)throw at wall out of frustration 3) profit Ok but in full seriousness this is an amazing design! Blows my mind what some people can do with legos
