The bike is just one thing, add travel, acommodation and above all, time - not just for the actual ride at a resort, but also for keeping fit.

77 retired, 2015 giant xtc 27.5 bought new, updated to mavic rims and tubeless still shredding,it used to be called singletrack ln the 80s,do i need one of these new fangled machines ,YES I Do 😎

I work in a factory in Manchester, UK. I have a Haibike AllMtn 7. With the upgrades and the tracker fitted, it cost me almost 5 times my monthly salary. And everyone is laughing at me for being so stupid with money.

Kross Esker 2.0 MC, about 1000 euro, I live in Poland and work in a museum. I know, I know. This is a gravel bike. I just wanted to give a perspective of someone passionate about bikes but earning really low money. And if someone has doubts, those low earnings have more to do with working in a museum than with living in Poland. Still, I love my job.
