I would have to camouflage my pipe with tree bark. So no one would Recognize what it is.

I spent 92 days straight in a submarine under the sea so I'm up for this.
  • @redacted4649
As a Fallout fan, I'd be glad to do a 30 day challenge in that bunker
  • Once your in the bunker who puts the tarp and the table pieces on top of the bunker, I’m I missing something here
  • @RK-ig9ie
Dude needs to rig the table up as all part of the hatch. Also could use a battery operated cam to see who is snooping around. Last, that air intake pipe needs to be hidden better.
  • Lots of good comments. I think a 'fake tree stump' with a lot of ventilation holes but disguised fit over the vent tube would do it. Also build the old picnic table into the hatch so when closed it looks like a picnic table. You could use an air cannon set up to throw leaves and stuff over it on a timer or something.

I think there's a lot of us that would do this challenge now...

It’s nearly perfect. Nearly. Get rid of the picnic table and chairs. Weld a 3” deep box on top of the door and fill it will soil and vegetation. Paint the air pipe a more neutral colour and maybe cover it with bark and plant some more bushes around. You can’t attack what you don’t know is there.
  • Amazing you have the air filtration from Switzerland 🇨🇭. I work in that company that built them. Awesome to see it on YouTube

It would be like a 30-day vacation away from society. Peace and quiet nothing to do but read books and talk to your family. Please pick me thank you.

That's about the nicest one family Underground bunker I've ever seen! Just as comfortable as some of those luxury ones. It was so cool I had to back it up and watch it all over again. If I ever have one made, I want one just like that!
  • I love the idea of the space and comfort put into this safe place, it will help me with the horrible dreams I have had sense childhood.. The storm damage was traumatic. This home has everything wed need for several days after hurricane. No longer fear a storm is a blessing for my family and our small dog. we could keep supplied and stay ready, Awesome.

Ron, can you show videos of your old bunkers that are 5+ years old? I would like to know how they hold up to water and moisture. You never show pictures of your old bunkers but are very proud of your new ones. Your bunkers are the best but I want to see what we can do to fight water since water ALLWAYS wins in the end. Anyway, keep up the great videos, I love your bunkers and vids of them.

Sounds like it would be a great way to visualize how well these shelters really work.

I have a 2000 gal concrete septic tank (unused) buried under a shed. It's 10'X6'X6', the cost was $2500 for 360 cubic feet of secret storage.
  • @jasonwilde197
The problem with these hidden bunkers, is that you still need to run pipes to the outside. That is a dead giveaway that there is something under the ground nearby. The other thing is that you still need to get restock water from somewhere.

Add an old van over the hatch. The van can cover the air vent as well. No windshield and a false floor. Plant vines around it. Stage an old washer and dryer to add to the abandoned effect. Enter via the back doors of the van. Maybe even hide a security camera in there...
