Great job Sienna! I started my PPL training last year when I turned 50. I took my check ride 1 year later to the day. Wish I would have done it earlier and made a career out of it. Good luck, go all the way!

Two essential names for student pilots, even before the set foot in a cockpit: Wolfgang Langewiesche and William k. "Bill" Kershner. Langewiesche does a great job of explaining how yoke and throttle usage are often confused by new or non-pilots. The throttle is actually the "up-down" control, and the yoke is what controls airspeed.
