I played as EMZ and reached rank 28, I was quite lucky but it didn't last long, then I fell and lost 150 trophies, so I'm at rank 25 thanks to Kit and playing crazy random ones, now I'm looking for a way to effectively return my lost trophies and also get my first 30 ranking. sorry if my english is bad

Nice tips! I just don't agree here 4:59 imo it's a true tip but not in all cases. Sometimes for example when your mates are dead or under pressure, you have to try to keep the pressure by yourself even if you're low, by trying your best to dodge. I'm not talking about doing a 1v3 but more like trying to keep the opponents away from your goal, wating for your mates to respawn. Or even sometimes you don't have time to regen, otherwise your team is in 2v3 while you regen, which is kinda dangerous. But I agree with the other tips, very useful.

I did spike to 864 trophies, eventually had to lose them cuz I wanted to push spike’s mastery, I would like to have r30 on him one day
