Circuit of the Americas is one of Formula One's best tracks, and has been a fan favorite for quite a while due to the amazing racing. In this video, I am giving you key pointers for each corner and sector in the Texas Grand Prix, as well as a baseline car setup for the track. After watching this video, it should be easier to lap faster around COTA and go for more podium finishes and race wins.

Let me know what other track guides you would like to see!

Improved my lap times a lot after watching these Track Guide series. Always looking forward for these videos mate.

Fantastic video. Goes into so much detail, which is what I need for tracks I’ve never raced on like COTA. These esports drivers just do one hot lap missing many key details and just do a hot lap without explaining anything, just braking. This is so much more helpful. Kudos my friend!

Thanks so much for posting all of the track guides, the way u explain everything is so much better than any of the others online. I know it's a lot, but seriously, if u were able to work ur way thru the whole calendar, including France, China & Portugal, that would be epic. Mostly I would love to see Singapore from you. Also, if there was a way to possibly show telemetry from RaceNet or something would be cool. I have a hard time judging if I'm braking too hard or soft & sometimes judging the amount of throttle input. Thanks again so much for all the content, love it all

My buddy and I have been doing the two player campaign. I'm usually the Sergio to his Verstappen. I had only won at Jeddah. I watched this and beat him by .08 seconds at COTA.

We got the exact time! my set up is a bit different. I run 42 front wing 43 rear wing, 2.9 camber in the front 1.2 for the rear, suspension is 30, 10, 10, 1, 37, 40

I was getting 1 38 in races thinking i was good, watching this i say i am not lol great job in breaking down the nuances

Took the wings down by 5 clicks each for a bit more straight line speed. Car feels great tbh

I use controller PS5 Edge and was about 4 seconds off the leader board. You mentioned staying on the throttle while braking. This can be done with controller as well. I’m thinking the feeling is similar to brake dragging in the game but opposite.

Hello, is this setup ok for 50% or more race or just for TT?
  • @cpanic1153
Why not have your HUD on? That would be so much more useful
