    Hi Beth I’m sorry you have not found much relief from the pain of loosing your Mom. I lost my mother to metastatic Breast cancer this was a hard loss for me as well I described like loosing my connection to this world. I have since lost all the members of her family minus nieces and nephews leaving me at 53 the matriarch on her side. I have a book that has helped me through this loss although it has been 12 years since she has passed I still think of her and dream of her and speak of her as if she was still here with me. The title is called “ The ten things things dead people want to tell you” by Mike Dooley it was incredibly helpful to me please give it a read.
