My sister hired for major industries. She had quota to follow regarding race, gender etc. She said she could have ran the businesses with a 1/4th of the staff if she could just hire who was right for the job. I increased business costs substantially with less output.

My company utilizes DEI heavily and wonders why we're always behind in production and have quality issues. Everything woke turns to shit.

I’m a Portuguese immigrant woman who’s been here in America for 40 years…no one gave me anything …I’ve worked hard for everything I have and I can lay may head down every night and thank God for helping me overcome all my adversities which made me strong and bold ! I agree with all that you said and I wish more people of all races and backgrounds saw things the same way….Im concerned for the future of our nation especially for our children and grandchildren…what will become of them? I'm very physically unfit woman with autism/adhd and I graduated with almost straight A's. Who is that women to judge what people have to overcome! She is grouping people and their hurdles by race and gender when their is a spectrum of diversity even within those categories.
