I remember being 17-18. You know dang well how wrong that is at that age. It’s not even something that crosses your mind if you aren’t a sociopath.

His first defense was basically just, "Well, when adults take advantage of teenagers by giving them alcohol, you should expect a crime to happen. Therefore this man should not be sentenced for committing the obvious crime." 🤦

The judge looked back on the evidence, examined his morals, and the rapist's parent's check cleared so he found him innocent.
