Laccha Pyaaz Salad

Recipe :
12 no - Onion
Make thin Slices .
Take a Big Bowl and Filled With Chilled Water + Ice Cubes then
Put Onion Slices and Keep for atleast 15-20 min and Keep aside

1. Vinegar Onion Salad
Take a Bowl and add
1 no - Beetroot Grated
1/2 Cup - Chilled Water
1/4 Cup - Vinegar
1 no - Cinnamon
4 no - Clove
1 tbsp - Sugar Powder
1 tsp - Salt
Mix and Put 3 no. onion Slices from above
Add
2 no - Green Chilli
Mix and Soak for 5-6 Hours in Fridge and Serve

Chutney:
100 gm (Bunch) - Coriander With Stem
Take Ice Water in a Bowl and add
25 gm - Mint Leaves
Keep for 10 min
Take a Mixie Jar and add
Coriander and Mint
4 no - Spicy Chilli
2 no - Less Spicy Chilli
2 inch - Ginger
1/4 Cup - Barik Sev
3 no - Ice Cube
1 no - Lemon Juice
1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Black Salt
Grind a Paste and Make thick Chutney

From Chutney We Make 2 Salad

Take a Bowl and add
1/2 Cup - Curd ( Hung )
Whisk properly
2 tbsp - Above Green Chutney
1/2 tsp - Black Salt
1/4 tsp - Salt
1/2 tsp - Chaat Masala
1/4 tsp - Roasted Cumin Powder
Mix and Keep aside

2. Chatpata Salad
1 tbsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp - Chaat Masala
1 tsp - Black Salt
1/2 tsp - Roasted Cumin Powder
Mix Properly and Keep aside
Take a Big Bowl and add
3 no. - Onion Slice From above
2 tbsp - Above Masala
2 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp - Green Chillies Chopped
1 no - Lemon Juice
Mix Properly and Serve

3. Chutney Salad
Take a Bowl and add
3 no - Onion Slice From Above
2 tbsp - Green Chutney from above
1 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix Properly and Serve

4. Curd Chutney Salad
Take a Bowl and add above Curd Chutney Prepared and add
3 no - Onion Slice From above
Mix Properly and Serve
