If the kids who have to grow up in this area they will be lucky to have seen this and maybe the option of taking hard drugs will discourage them in future. If they grow up with no mental issues as a adult it will be a miracle.

A full job picking up Hazmat (needles) . Hope it pays well. It is a secure job position with the sanitation department.
